This old monastery is a unique sight in the Bergen area, and an amazing opportunity to take some photos and learn a bit about the history of the area while at the same time venturing a bit outside the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Immediately behind the ruins is the start of a trail leading up to <a href=\"https:\/\/ut.no\/turforslag\/117478523\/magisk-rundtur-til-lyshornet-og-eventyrskogen\">Lyshornet<\/a>. This is a very nice walk through a forest leading up to the top with some beautiful views of the area.
